LOTTERY - APPLICATIONS DRAWN
North Hills Prep had 2,167 applications for 184 openings in the 2010-2011 school year.  The 184 students selected will be contacted in January with additional instructions and to set up their Pre-Admission Conference (PAC).  Should a selected student choose not to attend the waiting list students will be contacted in the order shown on the Waiting List. Only 25 names were drawn for the waiting list.  If your child's name does NOT appear on one of these lists their name was not drawn as a "selected applicant" or for the initial "waiting list".  All names have been held and will be in the next drawing for a waiting list if that drawing is necessary.

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT
The NHP Community Service Project for the fall ended on December 16th.  Upper School students and teachers have been collecting change (and bills) for the world renowned PENNIES FOR PEACE program.  We are sending a check for $1000 to promote peace as outlined in the book Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson.  Thanks to all who contributed to the fall Community Service Project.  Click here for more information.
RESULTS OF PREVIOUS PROJECT
In December of 2004 there was a massive tsunami in the Indian Ocean which destroyed many homes and killed many people in Asia.  NHP participated in a fund-raising effort to help rebuild a school in Sri Lanka.  Please click here to see the results of these efforts.
