--PRIMARY BREAKFAST TIME IS FROM 7:15am - 7:30am and students must arrive in East Commons no later than 7:15am.  
--Breakfast accounts are separate from lunch accounts due to State funding regulations with our current enrollment.  Please send your students with exact change for breakfast ($1.60 for full price, .30 for reduced price).   
What if I don't have an account for lunches (not breakfast)?  Lunches (lunch only, not breakfast) are paid to Twelve Oaks directly.  If you send your student with cash, and they don't spend all of it, the remainder will go on their student lunch account.  If you don't have an account with Twelve Oaks, please register for an account here https://www.twelveoakscatering.com/Lunch_Room_Application.html.  You will receive (by e-mail) instructions, a registration key and how to create your password.  
What if I have a Twelve Oaks account for lunch (not breakfast) and just need to log in?  If you already have an account set up with Twelve Oaks, please click here to access it.  Forgot your password?  Click HELP on the login page. Use tocnhps (all lowercase) as the school code.

If you would like to visit your child during their lunch time, you must A) Have a cleared background check on file for the 15-16 school year  B) receive approval at least 48 hours in advance via e-mail C) bring a nut-free lunch for yourself and your student
PRIMARY LUNCH VISITATION: Per our 16 – 17 Handbook, due to limited lunch periods, visitors are generally not permitted. Parents must obtain prior approval from the Campus Director for any lunch visitation. Scholars with pre-approved lunch visitors may be asked to eat in a designated area away from their normal lunch area. Parents may only bring lunch for their child. Please Note: If there is a time that you would especially like to partake in a lunch visit with your child, you would need to do the following:
- Ensure you have a background check on file for 16-17 (the process can take up to 2 weeks)
- E-mail Mrs. Greger (a week in advance at cgreger@uplifteducation.org)
- The Director will give final approval. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Receive approval via e-mail from your child's Dean at least 48 hours in advance.  You must bring a print out of the approval message from the Dean to the Front Desk when checking in as a visitor.
Students are not allowed to order lunch to be delivered to the school.

Ask your student what time their lunch is on the day you will be visiting and verify the time lunch is for that particular day with the Dean when you contact her.  Remember lunch times are different on Wednesdays.
